We offer a 30-day return window for most unused items in their original packaging. Please note that certain clearance items and custom-cut materials like flooring or lumber may be final sale.
Do you offer delivery for large furniture or heavy renovation supplies?
Yes, we provide local curbside delivery for oversized items such as sofas, appliances, and bulk building materials. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your distance from our nearest warehouse.
Are the products sold at Surplus City new or used?
The vast majority of our inventory is brand new, 'A-Grade' surplus stock. Any items that are floor models or 'scratch and dent' will be clearly labeled with specific condition notes and additional discounts.
Can I pick up my online order in-store?
Absolutely. Select the 'In-Store Pickup' option at checkout. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation, and our staff will help load the items into your vehicle.
