At Surplus City, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home improvement and décor purchases. If a product doesn't fit your space, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
